If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Hainanese Chicken this is the best in Manila so far. That is, if you happen to try by comparison Hong Kong’s version of Hainan Chicken at Chuen Cheung Kui Restaurant, listed with the prestigious Michelin Stars in 2013 Restaurant Guide – you’ll know what I’m talking about but then again you will have to take my word for it 
Roast Crispy Pork Belly - this one is a masterpiece , should you love what we usually call ” Lechon Kawali ” 
Oyster Cake – I find this just moderate . I would still go for Mann Hann’s Osyter Cake version though.
Chinese Style Spinach Soup – simply delicious !
